1. Who we are

Valcore Analytics (a trade name of Harsh Jindal & Associates, GSTIN 06BEKPJ6782F1Z8, registered at Gurugram, Haryana, India) is responsible for personal data collected through the Site, our services and the Deal Platform.

2. What we collect

  • Contact details you give us: name, company, business email, phone, and your message.
  • Your email address when you download a template or ask us to email you an estimate.
  • Business contact data from public sources, such as professional profiles and company websites, used for business outreach.
  • Trial and client data you upload to our portal or share during an engagement.
  • Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, IP address, and which platform modules a trial user opens.
  • Cookies: see section 9.

3. How we use it

To reply to enquiries, send the downloads and estimates you ask for, provide and improve our services and platform, send business communications you can opt out of, manage contracts and invoices, keep our systems secure, and meet legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

We process data to perform a contract, with your consent, for our legitimate business interests (such as business-to-business outreach), or to comply with the law.

5. Who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run the business, such as hosting, email, analytics, scheduling, payment and AI processing providers, under confidentiality and data protection terms; with professional advisers; and where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.

6. Client and trial data

Data uploaded by clients is used only to provide services to that client. Each trial runs in a private workspace. Client data is not used to train AI models, and trial data is deleted within 7 days after a trial ends unless you sign up.

7. International transfers

We are based in India and serve clients in the United States and elsewhere, so data may be processed in India, the US and other countries, with appropriate safeguards.

8. Retention

We keep contact data for as long as our relationship continues and up to 3 years after last contact, and contract and invoice records for as long as tax and company law require.

9. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies and browser storage to run the Site. We measure visits with Umami Analytics, which does not use cookies or collect personal data. If you press Accept on our cookie banner, we also load the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which sets cookies so that we can measure our LinkedIn advertising; if you choose Essential only, it is not loaded. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may not work.

10. Marketing emails

Every marketing email includes our business address and a way to unsubscribe. We honour opt-outs promptly, and within 10 business days.

11. Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, separate client workspaces and restricted staff access. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, US state privacy laws and the GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data, withdraw consent, or complain to a regulator. Email harsh.jindal@valcoreanalytics.com.
