1. What the trial is
A free, 14-day evaluation of the Deal Platform, built by Valcore Analytics, on our hosted portal, for one deal, through a private login and workspace for your firm only.
2. NDA first
You must sign our Mutual NDA before uploading any files.
3. Your uploads
You confirm you have the right to upload all files, including any consents needed from your client. We recommend removing or masking personal data the trial doesn’t need, such as employee salaries or home addresses.
4. Separation
Your workspace is not visible to any other trial user or client. Your data is used only to run your trial and is not used to train AI models.
5. AI drafts
AI features produce drafts, which may contain errors. Review everything before relying on it or sharing it.
6. As-is
The trial is provided "as is", with no service levels, support commitments or warranties. Features in the trial may differ from a final build.
7. Ending the trial
Access ends automatically after 14 days, or earlier at your request. We delete your workspace and files within 7 days after the trial ends and confirm deletion by email. We may end a trial early for misuse.
8. Usage information
We record which modules you use, to improve the Platform and to follow up with you.
9. Our property
The Platform, its design, prompts and workflows belong to Valcore. You may not copy, reverse engineer or use them to build a competing product.
10. Liability
Because the trial is free, Valcore’s total liability relating to it is limited to USD 100, except for breach of the NDA.
